Busser/Food Runner

The Busser / Food Runner position serves as an integral part of our taproom operations. Delivering food in a timely manner, ensuring a great experience, assisting in bar operations as well as setting up and breaking down special events.

Responsibilities:

● Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
● Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
● Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash
● Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory; relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties
● Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
● Handle various impromptu requests from customers
● Sanitize and maintain cleanliness of the Taproom
● Assist in expediting food, plates, napkins, etc.
● Assist in set up and break down of events
● Stocking and inventory of front of the house areas
● Assist with dishwashing as needed when dishwasher not available/scheduled

Qualifications:

● 1 year of customer service experience - preferred
● 1 year of food and beverage experience - preferred
● Must be a team player
● Must be self motivated with an advanced sense of urgency
● Must be able to prioritize, work efficiently and quickly
● Must be able bodied, lift 50 lbs, handling kegs and cases of beer
● Friendly and enthusiastic
