Mandatory Criteria

• Requests must be submitted 30 days prior to requested receipt.
• Must be described as one of the following:
  • An organization holding a current tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3), (4), (6) or (19) of the Internal Revenue Code.
  • A recognized government entity: state, county, or city agency, including law enforcement or fire departments, that are requesting goods exclusively for public purposes.

*Due to the nature of our products, we cannot donate to any school-related events or organizations.

Selection Process

• We will review and make initial funding decisions on all requests submitted 30 days prior to the required donation date (as listed above).
• Applications are typically reviewed within 14 days of the submission date. Organizations will be notified of decisions via email or phone. All funding decisions are final.
• Upon approval, donations may be picked up at our taproom during operating hours.

Due to a high frequency of donation requests, we can only make contributions to a select amount of request submissions.
