Dishwasher/Dish Machine Operator

Hamburg Brewing Company is seeking to hire a part-time dish machine operator
to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

● Wash and polish all silver, plateware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils for the restaurant
● Maintain a clean and organized work environment
● Restock serving stations with clean dishes
● Clean and sanitize the dishwashing machines
● Properly clean and shut down dishwashing area and machines at the end of the shift
● Carry out all tasks with attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety
● Communicate any supply needs with the Kitchen Manager

Qualifications:

● A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
● Must be available to work on weekdays and weekends
● 16 years of age or older
● Must be a team player, friendly and enthusiastic
● Must be self motivated with an advanced sense of urgency
● Must be able to prioritize, work efficiently and quickly
● Must be able bodied, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
● Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
● Ability to read and speak English proficiently
