Taproom Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Manage day to day operations of the Taproom during scheduled shifts, including daily decision making, team member support, proper guest interaction, while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
- Schedule staff hours and assign tasks for service and kitchen staff members.
- Assist with training,developing,motivating staff and monitor their performance while keeping an open communication for corrections needed.
- The ability to build sales and profitability by achieving goals and adhering to company standards
- Assist in set up and break down of private event operations.Â
- Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service at all times.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of all restaurant organization and menu information.
- Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and company policies.
- Solve all customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including ordering, inventory, hiring and training.
- Capable of using POS, and back office computer systems
- Exercise good judgement and decision making in escalating concerns and aggressively resolve issues.
- Encourage a fun, safe and productive work environment for all staff.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years management or supervisory experience in food service management.
- Culinary experience preferred.Â
- Servsafe Food certified preferred.
- Strong financial and computer skills; has experience working with and an understanding of P&L, managing costs and developing and managing budgets.
- Possess exceptional communication skills and an ability to anticipate guest and employee needs.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance and demeanor in high-volume situations.
- Must be self motivated with an advanced sense of urgency.

- Must be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced food service environment.
- Will consider candidates with a degree in Hospitality /Restaurant management along with 2 years of working in various positions within the restaurant
- Must possess a true passion for great service, beer and food.
- Must be dependable, reliable and motivated to provide an excellent guest experience everyday
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
